Refund policy
At Moth & Meadow, all sales are final. All items are considered final sale.
Because we are a small, curated boutique with limited inventory, we do not accept returns or exchanges for fit, sizing, style preference, or buyer’s remorse. We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions, size charts, and measurements carefully before placing an order.
Damaged Items
The only circumstance under which a return will be accepted is if an item arrives damaged or defective. Damage does not include minor variations in fabric, color, or fit, or issues related to sizing.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mothandmeadowboutique@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage.
Once approved, the item must be returned unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued after the item is received and inspected.
