At Moth & Meadow, each order is handled with care. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. During high-volume periods or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping: Orders over $150

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

Shipping Method

We primarily ship via USPS Ground Advantage or comparable carrier services. Delivery times vary by location and are estimates only.

Shipping Delays

Moth & Meadow is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Moth & Meadow is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is missing, please contact your local carrier for assistance.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at
mothandmeadowboutique@gmail.com, including your order number and clear photos of the damage.

Damage claims submitted outside of this window may not be eligible for review.
